Abstract

eksekusi berita obat dihukum menjadi berita yang paling penting pada pertengahan Januari 2015 untuk seminggu. Beberapa media, terutama televisi, meledakkan berita tentang eksekusi obat dihukum.Masalahnya, berita ini menjadi sebuah drama kematian. Kemampuan media untuk menggambarkan peristiwa melalui penyusunan berita dapat membuat orang mengubah persepsi mereka tentang bahayanarkoba ke dalam peristiwa manusia. Dalam teori Agenda Setting, media telah dijadwalkan kepentingan politiknya melalui berita yang tampaknya menjadi berita yang paling penting dari berita lainnya. Agendamedia bisa agenda publik sehingga masyarakat dapat memiliki agenda yang akan datang peristiwa yang paling penting. Dengan melakukan proyeksi, seleksi, dan framing dari masalah ini, media bahkan mampumengubah persepsi masyarakat tentang bahaya narkoba. Artinya, masalah obat tidak lagi menjadi masalah yang bisa merusak generasi bangsa, tetapi proses kematian hukuman mati yang merupakan fokus darimasyarakat, sehingga menimbulkan kasih sayang dan sentuhan manusia.

Abstract

Politik Hukum Ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia belum menemukan bentuk yang jelas dan tegas. Politik hukum ketenagakerjaan yang permanen (UUD RI tahun 1945, nilai-nilai Pancasila dan kebiasaan) telah ada sejak awal kemerdekaan, namun penerapannya ternyata dipengaruhi oleh konstelasi politik yang ada dalam setiap rezim pemerintahan, khususnya yang dalam penelitian ini dikaji terhadap politik ketenagakerjaan dalam dunia perguruan tinggi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : a) mengkaji aspek politik dalam bidang ketenagakerjaan terhadap Perguruan Tinggi, dan  b) mengetahui sejauh mana hukum dapat diterapkan dalam politik ketenagakerjaan di Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan upah.  Dalam Penelitian ini akan dikaji menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dan dalam perjalanan diperlukan metode empiris, khususnya tentang politik dan hubungan ketenagakerjaan di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi, mengacu kepada Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Pendidikan Tinggi, Undang-undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen dan Undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan.

Abstract

Actually globalization constitute of growth process having the character of  accelerate and extend, influencing way of living, view, and also human desire which always change. This phenomenon represent phase from modernization, what basically reorganizing of various life facets. Globalization entangle elements which each other related and form configuration of the universally new order. Globalization not merely transformed society in new progress and bring of positive creativities, but at the same time generate negative impacts. Various globalization impact  namely: Integration, standardization, transparency, homogenization, and strenghend of local identities which stem from local tradition and values.

Abstract

Social facts indicate that the local democratic process, which should be able to run properly and correctly according to the purpose, namely to increase political participation from the people to elect a leader, has yet to produce maximum results. This study is a qualitative one of the research procedures that produce  data diskripif form of speech, writing, and the behavior of those who observed. Techniques of data collection in this study with the techniques of observation, in- depth interviews (depth interview) on the subject of research (voters) with snowball technique that is on the list of voters in the Election Commission. Researchers used several theoretical studies, among others: social exchange theory, the theory of social behavior, the theory of social action. Madiun city election results, the study subjects consisted of voters, the people give answers, that the victory in the elections on 29-Aug-2013 by Line because of social capital and economic capital. Candidates for Mayor and Vice Mayor Madison city that has political experience, economic capital, and social capital that both won the election of 2013. The results of the election in accordance plenary recapitulation Election Commission on 9 September2013, as follows: Line: 49.50%, Pari: 33.50%. top-Care: 2.50%. Clouds- 19: 7.6%% Pure: 6:30% and ARH: 1.95% of the number of voters in the final voters  list 146 634.voters.

Abstract

This paper examines the women's movement in Indonesia, during the Japanese occupation, the period after the Proclamation of Independence, a period of Guided Democracy, the New Order Period and the Reform Period. As a social movement that is supported by many people with a clear objective to improve the position and role of women asserting their rights and defending equal political, economic and social rights for women.
